In January 2023, Can Yaman asked his staff to organize, through his Association Can Yaman for Children, an event dedicated to adolescents and the growing discomfort that accompanies them.
The lack of comparison and integration, combined with the consequent development of a technological dependence, have generated dynamics of alienation and isolation that are completely harmful, the first victims of which have been young people themselves.
To achieve concrete results, the Association has received the patronage of the Institute of Child Neuropsychiatry in Rome , an international centre of excellence founded by Professor Bollea in the 70s.
The Hospital structure needs concrete help to make it more hospitable and suitable to welcome and help the children in their process of growth and overcoming difficulties. For this reason the Association has decided to donate the funds raised during the Tour to the Institute of Child Neuropsychiatry.
Can Yaman will inaugurate the project by visiting the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome and will immediately begin a tour across the country , also involving some locals who have chosen to help the kids by joining the “Break the Wall Tour” initiative.
Meetings will be organized between young people, medical staff and experts in the sector that will allow for a deeper understanding of the real needs of adolescents and the intrinsic nature of their problems.
The aim is to help them face and overcome the difficulties of daily life with lightness, intelligence and awareness.
The aim of the Tour is to “Break Down the Wall” of Silence and Solitude behind which they hid to escape their discomfort.
A different and more inclusive world is possible, and their future is built with meeting and exchange, never with isolation. This is the real and concrete message that Can Yaman for Children wants to bring with the “BREAK THE WALL TOUR”.

While the Can Yaman for Children Association was working on the Tour, Can Yaman’s homeland Turkey was hit by the most devastating earthquake in history.
The Can Yaman for Children Association has decided to donate part of the funds raised to those organizations in Turkey that will provide psychological assistance to the relatives of the earthquake victims.
The results obtained with the Tour will be officially communicated both during Can Yaman’s participation in an important national program, and with the publication on the Association’s Instagram profile.
