On April 22, the Earth Day initiative took place at the headquarters of the Aquarno Consortium, in Santa Croce sull’Arno, on the occasion of World Earth Day.
Can Yaman wanted to participate to launch a message of peace in the world, meeting some little Ukrainian friends , hosted by some Italian families who welcomed them, in the territory of the municipalities of Fucecchio, Santa Croce sull’Arno and Castelfranco di sotto.
For the occasion, some trees were planted, registered within the initiative “ A tree for the future ”, promoted by the Carabinieri Forestry Corps, precisely to represent the environmental sustainability of the planet.
Also present were the three mayors of the municipalities involved and other representatives of the territory, in order to enhance the initiative and be the spokesperson of such an important message. For children, for peace, for the environment.
